She got that wanderlust in her blood,
would caravan across the desert if she could,
in a beat up mustang like thelma and louise
carried on a song of gypsy breeze
Or perhaps she would be a navajo,
all feathers and fringe and healthy tanned glow,
adorned with jewelry of silver and turquoise,
the howl of the coyote is her voice
Travelin on a dusty road down south,
only directions are by word of mouth,
sippin sweet tea on an indian summers day,
softly braided hair glowing in the dusky sun rays
Home is wherever her heart chooses to be,
happy, young, wild and free,
dip dyed hair, weetzie bat books and picnics on docks
that’s what makes this girl a true wildfox
